The hotel's location is perfect, as it is within walking distance of many attractions. The rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable beds and nice views. The check-in process is easy and the staff is mostly friendly. the elevator security adds an extra layer of safety to the hotel.
The maintenance team took a while to address a water heater issue, which left the guest freezing during the first night.
